I earned a bachelor's degree in history and secondary education from Providence College, graduating summa cum laude. I also have a certificate to teach high school and middle school level history in the state of Massachusetts. I currently work for a nonprofit supporting at risk and underprivileged youth. I am employed in the educational department of this organization, where I have served as a teacher for high school level history courses and supported students in the workforce program as the adult education instructor. I've also had the opportunity to develop curriculum within this role. I'm looking forward to tutoring students in algebra, elementary and middle school level math, essay writing and editing, history, special education, and test preparation for the SAT, ACT, GED, PSAT, and other standardized assessment and admissions exams. When I have free time, I enjoy soccer, basketball, reading, writing, spending time outdoors, and pets.
